Principal:
Constance White


Constance White was named Principal of Raymond Academy in July 2015. She was assistant principal at Carroll Academy since July 2007. Ms. White has 19 years of experience in the field of education all of which have been served in Aldine ISD. She received her Bachelor’s degree in fine arts in 1987 from Texas Tech University and her Master’s degree in Educational Administration in 2003 from Prairie View A&M University. She is certified as a principal. Ms. White began her teaching career in Aldine ISD in 1996 at Carroll Elementary. During her tenure, she has worked as a 2nd and 3rd grade classroom teacher, Skills Specialist and Testing Coordinator.

Assistant Principal:
Delilah St Julian
Delilah St.Julian has spent the last 16 years in the field of education.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston in 1999 and her Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Prairie View A&M University in 2005.   Mrs. St.Julian began her teaching career in Aldine ISD in 1999 as a fourth-grade teacher. In 2002, she became the school’s Magnet Engineering Lab teacher for 2nd-4th grade students.  In 2004, she became the 21st Century/CASE After-School Coordinator.   In 2008, Mrs. St.Julian became assistant principal at Raymond Academy.

Assistant Principal:
David Isaac
This is David Isaac’s fifth year as assistant principal at Raymond Academy.  Before that, he served as 
assistant principal at Hoffman Academy and Eckert intermediate.  Isaac has 25 years of experience in the field of education all of which have been served in Aldine ISD.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in 
Liberal Arts in 1988 from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master’s degree in Educational 
Administration in 2007 from the University of Phoenix.  He is certified as a principal.  Mr. Isaac began his teaching career in Aldine ISD in 1990 at Eisenhower High School.  During his tenure, he worked as a ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grade English teacher and Bilingual Adult Learning Coordinator.

 Assistant Principal:
 Maricela Garcia
Mrs. Maricela Garcia was named assistant principal of Raymond Academy in July 2015.She has 14 years of experience in the field of education, all of which have been served in Aldine ISD. She received her Bachelor’s degree in 2000 from the University of Houston Downtown and her Masters in Educational Administration in 2013 from St. Thomas University. Mrs. Garcia began her teaching career at Black Elementary, where she taught for 12 years.  During her time at Black Elementary Mrs. Garcia taught first through third grade and was a Skills Specialist. Mrs. Garcia is honored to take part of the administrative team at Raymond Academy and looks forward to working with the community at Raymond Academy.
